Job Description

Are you able to speak to everyone in a friendly manner and find an appropriate solution for almost every situation? If you can handle several customers at the same time, we are looking for you. As a customer service representative you are the link between the customer and our mechanics who help our customers solve problems with their scooter. You will look for the mechanic who can best help the customer with his or her problem. Of course, the requests come to you from multiple channels and you are expected to always keep an overview. Via Whatsapp, e-mail and telephone you will be bombarded with questions from customers who, like other satisfied customers, are looking for a scooter mechanic to get their scooter working again. We think it is important that you always think in terms of solutions, are spontaneous and friendly and never shy away from a joke at the right time.

Your added value

  • To speak to (potential) customers, mechanics and other partners via Whatsapp, mail and the phone, among others.
  • Ensuring that you always find a suitable solution for the customer;
  • Assist mechanics with questions about jobs and/or billing;
  • Making sure that everyone who speaks to you can continue their day with a top feeling;

Required qualifications for the position

  • You have at least mbo or hbo working and thinking level;
  • You speak and write both Dutch and English.

    We are an online platform that brings people with scooters and scooter mechanics together. Since 2019, we have been helping our customers find a mechanic who can help fix problems with their scooter. In addition, we provide extra work for our affiliated scooter mechanics and make an online translation with them.
