E10 scooter
E10 is a gasoline that contains 10% bioethanol. This fuel, according to the government, is the new gasoline. Due to the larger amount of bio-ethanol in it compared to E5 gasoline, this is better for co2 emissions. However, there are also downsides to E10 gasoline. Due to a higher content of bio-ethanol, the temperature in your engine will also be higher. E10 also has less lubricating effect, which can damage your hoses and rubbers.
Scooter E10 fueling
Fill up with E10? You can generally do this at any gas station. E10 is usually Euro 95 and E5 is Euro 98. If there is no E5 available, fill up a small amount of E10 so that you can drive to another filling station to fill up with E5.

Can a scooter run on E10?
Can a scooter run on E10? A scooter can certainly run on E10 gasoline. It can because it is simply a combustible. The only question is whether your scooter can stand it. In case your scooter cannot run on E10 but you cannot fill up with E5. Then fill up only the amount needed to get to another gas station where E10 is available.
